To obtain a head measurement, wrap a tape measure around the head, just above the ears.

To obtain a hand measurement, measure around the largest part of the hand over the knuckles while making a fist, excluding the thumb and fingertips.

To obtain a neck measurement, wrap a tape measure around the thickest part of the neck.
